The Gang and I gathered to lounge around in robes, drink Bloody Mary's and White Russians and sip on peppermint hot chocolate (which made a few people sick. I was the sober mother. Thanks for the pics, Dan!

A fiance for my birthday...

For my birthday (that's today!), Mom got me backstage to meet Anton Chelnokov at the Cirque du Soleil show "Varekai." Tension built as I began hoping I wouldn't fall or mis-speak because I was...well...let's be honest with ourselves, mom got me drunk.

Over the summer I took a russian course. To celebrate the end of the course we snuck away at 5am and went to the beach. The tale unfolds below.
